Our kitchen is something special, also due to the sounds of chatter coming out. Each time the conversation starts with a sincere encouragement from the head chef, which is followed by gentle bubbling, serious boiling and a calm sizzling… all with a special nobility, restrained and as a respectful response to the artist with a cooking spoon in hand.<\/p>\n

More than 50% of the ingredients are our products, the rest is bought. All of them must have an ecological certificate, including the beverages. Our suppliers are wonderful people who faithfully and decisively swear on nature-friendly farming. Together with them we have completed a green circle, which not only provides for a highly controlled ecological routes, but it also transmits our heartbeat and powerful energy.<\/p>\n

The restaurant at the Trnulja Estate is not a traditional one. We serve dishes specific to this area using ecological ingredients of local origin, prepared in modern ways.<\/p>\n

ORGANIC COOKING WORKSHOPS<\/h2>\n

\u201cToday’s pace of life does not give us the opportunity nor the time to prepare healthy home-made food.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n

An excuse you have probably heard innumerable times. Have you ever thought that we sometimes maybe only lack some cooking fantasy and skills to prepare healthy and quick homemade meals?<\/p>\n

Courses and workshops on cooking healthy homemade food take place at kitchen of the Trnulja Estate. Together with Ur\u0161a, your host, you will revive and try forgotten recipes. You will learn how to prepare fast but healthy meals as well as bake homemade desserts.<\/p>\n

We will create delicious organic starters, main dishes and desserts. All certified organic ingredients will be provided by the Trnulja Estate. We will create interesting table settings, learn how to correctly serve the dishes, suggest which wine pairs best with a particular dish, and finally enjoy in tasting the prepared food.<\/p>\n

Workshops are conducted in the afternoons and last from 4 up to 5 hours. Up to eight or ten persons can participate at the same time.<\/p>\n
