Staying in our apartments thus invigorates and encourages the search for a harmonious balance between work and relaxation.
There are four apartments in the accommodation facility, two on the ground floor and two in the loft. Guests can also stay in a studio for two people with its own entrance.

NEW - GLAMP
A pile dwellers ambient for a slightly different getaway for two. This wooden-style cottage on the outskirts of Ljubljana offers modern glamping accommodation with a 160 x 190 cm double bed. The glamp includes an individual wood-fired sauna. The terrace is also private, perfect for a cosy breakfast for two or for lounging in the afternoon sun under the safe protection of a sunshade. The Glamp has a fridge and coffee machine. There is a shower in the sauna, and a separate toilet outside the cottage for the use of Glamp guests only. More photos below.
APARTMENT INTERIORS
The interiors of the apartments take on the scent of natural, untreated timber, while clay products and hemp textiles fill the space with homeliness and comfort. The floors are made of the upcycled bricks of the original house, the walls are a wooden construction with hemp insulation and clay plasters. The furniture, shaped in accordance with its natural form, is made of autochthonous wood and rustically treated. Hemp bed mattresses are of the highest quality and so are all the textile hemp products like bedding, towels and curtains. All this contributes to your well-being and is good for your health.
TRITIKALA APARTMENT (2+2)
This spacious apartment for four persons is one of the two apartments on the ground floor of our ecological accommodation facility. This cosy holiday unit consists of a living area with a kitchen and dining area, a spacious bathroom and a bedroom. The living area is connected to the atrium featuring a set of garden furniture. Indoors, the sense of total pleasure and joy is provided by the fragrant wood and comfortable furniture, while outdoors by the scent of aromatic herbs from our garden.
KONOPLJA APARTMENT (2+2)
This spacious apartment for four persons is one of the two apartments on the ground floor of our ecological accommodation facility. The fragrant wood of the bedroom, the homeliness of the living room with the kitchen, dining room and spacious bathroom all invite you to take a break in this ecological ambience. From the bright living room you have direct access to the atrium with an indigenous herb garden. It features a set of garden furniture where you can sit end enjoy a cup of fragrant organic coffee.
KORUZA APARTMENT (2+4)
This family apartment is located in the loft part of the building, where the space itself offers the possibility of creating diverse and interesting residential areas. In the main bedroom, you will find a queen size bed as well as a good-size bunk bed, suitable also for adults. Scented wood, rustic furnishings, spaciousness of the rooms with their homeliness and comfort invite you to relax in a completely ecological atmosphere.
AJDA APARTMENT (2+2)
This apartment for four persons is one of the two apartments on the first floor of the accommodation facility. The loft space has enough special features to make your stay very attractive and a special experience. The red thread through all our units is ecological orientation, scented wood in the bedroom, homeliness in the living room with kitchen and dining room and a spacious bathroom. The Ajda Apartment, too, is furnished keeping in mind your comfort and health.
STUDIO APARTMENT (2)
This bright studio for two is located in the loft of the neighbouring building. It has its own entrance and its windows overlook all happenings in farm yard. The fully open room arrangement gives homeliness and comfort to the living room with a kitchen, dining room and bedroom. The cosy ambience invites you to rest and gather new strengths to indulge into new experiences the marshes have to offer you the next day.

The more the earth is alive, the more it gives us. Our farming is entirely ecological, we have a deep respect for the natural systems and cycles. Our main orientation is the cultivation and production of oil and cereals.
Everything we do counts; therefore, our property agricultural products are carefully processed into organic oils, flours, spreads, desserts and other organic delicacies.
